4. Shipping Policy
- Orders placed before 12 PM CST (Mon–Fri) will ship the next business day.
- Free US shipping on all orders above $100.
- Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
- PatriotChems ships within the United States only.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the order has shipped.
5. Refund & Return Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.
Refunds or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the event of:
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged product upon delivery
- Order fulfillment error on our part
To request a review, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@patriotchems.com with your order number and photographic evidence. PatriotChems reserves the right to approve or deny any refund or replacement request at its sole discretion.
6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, you agree to contact PatriotChems directly at support@patriotchems.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be disputed by PatriotChems with full transaction documentation provided to the payment processor.
Fraudulent chargebacks or claims will be reported and may result in permanent account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.
7. Right to Refuse Orders
PatriotChems reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time, especially if we suspect misuse, fraud, age misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
8. Age Verification
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. PatriotChems does not knowingly sell to minors. Any order suspected of being placed by a minor will be immediately cancelled and refunded.
