At PatriotChems, we are committed to fast, reliable fulfillment of all research material orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 12 PM CST Monday–Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM CST, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
PatriotChems ships within the United States. Orders shipping outside the United States are accepted on a case-by-case basis and must be arranged with support before ordering.
We do not ship to U.S. territories or P.O. Boxes at this time.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
United States. We ship via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
International. We ship via UPS Standard with tracking. Transit is typically 3–6 business days after dispatch, plus customs clearance time.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. PatriotChems is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.

United States
- Free shipping on all US orders over $100
- Orders under $100: flat rate shipping calculated at checkout
International
- $39.99 flat rate via UPS Standard, all orders
International Shipping
All orders shipping outside the United States are subject to the terms in this section.
Payment. International orders are cryptocurrency only. We do not process credit card, ACH, or Zelle payments on orders shipping outside the United States.
Promotions. Free shipping and payment-method discounts apply to US orders only.
Buyer assumes import risk. Customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer. By placing an international order, you confirm that you have verified that import and possession of the ordered materials is lawful in your jurisdiction.
One-time reshipment. If a first shipment is seized, detained, or refused by customs, PatriotChems will reship the order once at no charge. Subsequent shipments to the same customer are not covered. No refunds are issued for customs action.
Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer. Carriers bill brokerage fees to the recipient on imports, typically $20–40, assessed at delivery. These charges are set by the carrier and customs authorities and are outside our control.
Delivery timelines are not guaranteed on international orders. Customs processing time varies and is outside our control. Transit estimates do not include customs hold time.
Declarations. All shipments are declared accurately as research chemicals at actual value. We do not under-declare value, mislabel contents, or mark shipments as gifts under any circumstances, and we cannot accommodate requests to do so.
Shipping protection. Optional shipping protection covers loss, theft, and damage in transit. It does not cover customs seizure, detention, or import refusal.
Packaging
All orders ship in secure, professional packaging appropriate for research materials. Products are packaged to maintain integrity during transit.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order at any time at patriotchems.com/track.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts:
- We will contact you by email to arrange reshipment
- Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer
- PatriotChems is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout
Please double check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@patriotchems.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors, front desk, or building mailroom
- Contact your local carrier facility directly
- Wait 2 business days, as carriers sometimes scan packages early
If your package is confirmed lost after investigation, contact us and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.
International orders are governed by the International Shipping section above.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1–2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Contact us immediately at support@patriotchems.com or via on-site chat to request a cancellation.
Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Payment Clearance
All payments must clear before your order ships. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction at our sole discretion.
